Series: Urban London – Ripon Road Blossom Tree

A series of paintings of urban areas such as Ripon Road in Woolwich. The trees are in full bloom overlooking the red/orange blocks of uniform council housing situated at the end of this road, with nature popping out at the top.
I wanted to explore nature versus concrete, in an abstract way.
