I have been fortunate enough to have been asked to design for many interesting companies, including the Railway Industry Association. Celebrating 145 years in 2020, I was asked to create a logo celebrating this achievement.
Taking on board the RIA branding, I developed a design incorporating their company identity of horizontal lines, featured throughout their marketing. I recreated the station sign in a nod to the old British Railway signage and the two semi-circles represent bridging of tunnels and constant travel.
